Kulite continues to experience significant increase in our manufacturing costs which requires us to increase our selling prices to our customers.Purchase materials continues to increase in  the  range  of  20%to  70%over  previous   purchases.Health   Insurance  is  up  13%,Energy costs are up  14%,Production  Labor  is  up  12%.We  expect that  Health  Insurance  and  Labor Costs will continue with double digit increases for the next couple of years and we are forced to increase our selling prices to ensure our continued profitability.
